Habiba Balogun is a highly respected leadership coach and organisation development expert with over 28 years of experience spanning the private, public, and development sectors across Africa and beyond. As founder of HB Consulting and a trusted advisor to multinational corporations, NGOs, and government institutions, Habiba brings deep expertise in strategic planning, human resource transformation, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
A certified executive coach and NLP practitioner, she has served on the boards of prestigious organisations including Fate Foundation, Accion Microfinance Bank, and Lagos Preparatory School. Her career includes senior roles in HR strategy at Shell and executive coaching for The World Bank, with a consistent track record of improving team performance and organisational growth.
Habiba’s work is grounded in measurable impact. She designs and delivers learning interventions that equip leaders, professionals, and young talents with the tools to navigate complexity, drive results, and lead with integrity. Her international teaching and coaching portfolio spans over a dozen sectors from finance and healthcare to telecommunications, media, law, and education.

Bruce Prins is a dynamic educator, leadership coach, and hospitality expert with over three decades of professional experience spanning education, operations, content design, and executive leadership across Africa. A polymath by nature and practice, Bruce brings a rare combination of strategic insight, creative skill, and instructional clarity to the Success4All platform.
As a certified Education and Training Development Practitioner and a seasoned management specialist, Bruce has designed and delivered a wide range of learning programmes, from corporate leadership development and SME mentorship to practical customer service and personal development coaching. He has lectured at business schools, consulted for global hospitality brands, and authored training materials adopted across sectors.
Bruce is also the author of several books, including Front Desk Excellence, HTGAS: A Guide to Service Excellence, and Breaking the Cycle: Talent Management in the New Normal. His ability to translate complex principles into practical tools makes him a trusted voice in skills development.

Her expertise spans strategic execution, business analysis, HR systems, and change management.
As General Manager at Success4All, she oversees the end-to-end delivery of the Academy’s programmes, managing planning, coordination, and execution to ensure operational excellence and measurable impact. Her approach is rooted in effective stakeholder engagement, resource optimisation, and data-informed decision-making.
Oyindamola also serves as a Consultant with Habiba Balogun Consulting where she delivers integrated organisation development and HR solutions. She facilitates strategic retreats, engineers structured action plans, conducts HR and structural audits, and leads SAP documentation to translate insights into SMART outcomes. She also applies advanced data analysis to support evidence-based reforms and drive organisational performance. A PMP-certified project leader and internationally accredited HR professional, she holds a double major in Psychology and International Relations from Monash University. At Success4All, Oyindamola ensures that every programme delivers value, empowering professionals with the clarity, structure, and skills needed to thrive in today’s workplace.

Nusaybah Abdulfattah is a learning and development professional with cross-sector experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for professionals, teams, and mission-driven organisations. With an academic background in Human Physiology, focused on neuroscience research, and Psychology, she brings together behavioural science, emotional literacy, user-centred design, and core L&D methodologies such as experiential learning and instructional design to build systems that enable sustainable growth and performance.
As Training Coordinator at Habiba Balogun Consulting, Nusaybah supports the full lifecycle of corporate training engagements—from planning and coordination to delivery and post-session evaluation. She works closely with facilitators and clients to ensure seamless execution, learning transfer, and measurable outcomes. She also works with the Lead Coach on executive coaching programmes, overseeing logistics, stakeholder communication, and alignment between coaching goals and organisational strategy.
