Habiba Balogun is a highly respected leadership coach and organisation development expert with over 28 years of cross-sector experience. She is the founder of HB Consulting and a trusted advisor to multinational corporations, NGOs, and government institutions.
Her credentials include being a certified executive coach and NLP practitioner, with a background featuring senior HR strategy roles at Shell and executive coaching for The World Bank. She has also served on several prestigious boards, including Fate Foundation and Accion Microfinance Bank.
Her core expertise encompasses strategic planning, human resource transformation, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She is known for designing impactful learning interventions that drive measurable results, equipping leaders and professionals across more than a dozen sectors with tools for resilience and confident leadership. She applies this extensive expertise to her role at Success4All, developing core skills programmes for the next generation of African professionals.

Bruce Prins is a highly experienced educator, leadership coach, and hospitality expert with over 30 years of multi-disciplinary experience across Africa. He is a certified Education and Training Development Practitioner and management specialist.
His core expertise lies in designing and delivering transformative learning programs, including corporate leadership development, SME mentorship, customer service training, and personal development coaching. A published author and former business school lecturer, he is skilled at translating complex concepts into practical tools for skill development.
At Success4All, he leverages his strategic insight and creative skills to lead the creation of high-impact, transformative educational content aimed at empowering young Africans for professional and personal success.

Oyindamola Bamgbose is a PMP-certified project leader and internationally accredited HR professional with over a decade of experience as an organization development expert. She drives transformation across the government, private, and non-profit sectors.
In her dual roles as General Manager at Success4All and Consultant with Habiba Balogun Consulting, she applies her core expertise in strategic execution, change management, business analysis, and HR systems. Her approach is rooted in stakeholder engagement, data-informed decision-making, and translating insights into structured, actionable plans to ensure operational excellence and measurable impact.
She holds a double major in Psychology and International Relations from Monash University.
Oyindamola Bamgbose

A highly results-driven, comprehensive, and professional expert, Henry Asobara combines a PMP and MBA with diverse certifications in IT, web development from University of Maryland, data analysis, product management, and workflow specialization. An AI-powered marketer with comprehensive skills in AI in marketing from University of Virginia, he holds certifications from IBM, Meta (for social media management), Google, SEMrush, HubSpot, Canva (for business), and the University of London for International Business. With extensive experience serving both local and international clients, including foreign clientele in the US, Canada, and UK, and prior experience as a hotelier, Henry is currently pursuing a Full Stack AI Developer and Software Engineer path.

Nusaybah Abdulfattah is a learning and development professional with cross-sector experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for professionals, teams, and mission-driven organisations. With an academic background in Human Physiology, focused on neuroscience research, and Psychology, she brings together behavioural science, emotional literacy, user-centred design, and core L&D methodologies such as experiential learning and instructional design to build systems that enable sustainable growth and performance.
As Training Coordinator at Habiba Balogun Consulting, Nusaybah supports the full lifecycle of corporate training engagements—from planning and coordination to delivery and post-session evaluation. She works closely with facilitators and clients to ensure seamless execution, learning transfer, and measurable outcomes. She also works with the Lead Coach on executive coaching programmes, overseeing logistics, stakeholder communication, and alignment between coaching goals and organisational strategy.
